1. Acceptance of Terms

Visa Photo (the "App") is provided by Speezydev Apps ("Speezydev," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you download or use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The App helps you capture, upload, and format identification photos for passport and ID requirements. Key functionality includes camera capture, document specification guides by country and document type, status updates while a photo is being processed, in-app history of generated photos, push notifications about progress, saving images to your device, and optional premium features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The App connects to the Visa Photo backend operated by Speezydev to upload your photos, queue processing jobs, and deliver completed outputs. We may also make supporting web portals or APIs available to you in connection with the App.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You may access the App via a guest session or by signing in with Apple. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your session credentials (including device IDs, tokens, and any Apple credentials) secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your session or account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or reclaim usernames if we determine they violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Speezydev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device solely for generating ID photos for lawful personal or professional purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Circumvent or attempt to defeat any security or authentication measures.
• Use the App to infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate anyone, create fraudulent identification documents, or otherwise violate law.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the App except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

We may monitor use of the App to enforce these Terms.
